Terms of Services

Failure to comply with any of the rules listed will result in the cancellation of your commission.

I-. General Terms

  • The commissioner should provide all relevant materials and requirements either through Discord, Ko-fi or VGen depending what platfort they preffer

  • Me and the commissioner should first settle on an accurate explanation and interpretation of the expected finished product before starting the commission.

  • I have the right to cancel or deny any commission.

II. Payment

  • The payment currency is in USD.

  • Payment will be done via PayPal, Ko-Fi or VGen

  • Do not send payments unless I agree to accept your commission and ask for the payment.

  • Commissioned artworks should be paid 100% upfront before I start working on the request

III. Process and Delivery

  • Pre-commission: I will notify the commissioner the start of the commissioned artwork, and the Expected Turnaround Time will be activated.

  • During Commission: Depending on the complexity of it, the Expected Turnaround Time will vary.

  • Post-commission/ Delivery: Once done, the completed artwork will be sent via email or discord DM as a high-resolution png file attachment.

IV. Revisions

  • Number of revisions will vary depending on the complexity of the work

  • Before starting the request, a maximum number of revisions will be agreed on

  • Revisions wont exceed the agreed number

V. Copyright and Usage Policy

Under no circumstances may the artist's signature be removed from any work.
Art may not be modified or edited by anyone but the original artist.For every commissioned artwork, the artist:
- Retains the right to own the copyright of the completed artwork
- Can promote services and products with the finished artwork anywhere.For every commissioned artwork, the commissioner is allowed to:
- Use the commissioned artwork for personal use unless agreed otherwise. (Example: Upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)
- Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.
Use the artwork to promote themselves.
- Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.For commercial use art commissions, the following policies will be applied:
- Give credit to the artist for the finished artwork when selling the merchandise or product.

VI. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Refund: No refund will be issued at any given circumstances unless I, the artist, failed to deliver the product according to the pre-agreed Turn Around Time.

  • Im entitled to cancel or deny the art commission if the artwork contains any depictions of racism/sexism/hate or is meant to mock/ridicule an individual
